1、According to the lead customers provided by the company, deep excavation, the conversion of customer resources;

　　2、Coordinate internal supply chain, design, engineering and other resources, integrate resources to cooperate with customer development and project landing, reach contract, establish records/communication and other mechanisms, analyze and propose service solutions;

　　3、Make annual sales plan, and maintain old customers and develop new customers according to the plan;

　　4、Keep a good attitude and standard behavior, establish good relationship with customers in order to maintain the corporate image;

　　5、Complete other work arranged by superiors.

　　Job qualifications.

　　1、College degree or above, engineering related majors are preferred;

　　2, decoration industry (finishing project docking) experience;

　　3, with strong independent customer development ability, excellent negotiation skills, can quickly follow up with customers;

　　4, cheerful and outgoing personality, clear logical thinking, strong communication and expression skills, passionate about work and love sales jobs.
